This is the official site of the West Acton Residents Association (WARA). WARA is an active committee, and is always looking for new issues to tackle that make a difference to the residents of West Acton. Therefore do not hesitate to contact us if you have something close to your hearts, which you feel should be looked at.

 

Alternatively, come to the public meetings, where you will have the opportunity to air any issues. All residents are welcome at the meetings, but non-members will be asked to join the Residents' Association, and to pay the requisite annual membership fee of £5 (OAP £2.50).

 

This fee is good value for money as you will receive the monthly newsletter delivered to your door every month.

Short History

Having formed in 2003, WARA celebrated its third birthday in September 2006. In this time it has fought various campaigns with some notable areas of success.
